Madeline has been a journalist for more than ten years. She has written and edited copy for corporate communications, newspapers, magazines, websites, news agencies, advertorials and customer brochures.

Books: Babynomics - Money Saving Tip for Smart Parents

bkcoversm.jpg Babynomics is Madeline’s new book, packed with advice and suggestions from industry experts, charities, Mums organisations and parents themselves. The average cost of raising a child in Britain is £200,000. And that’s just ONE child. My book explains how to cut that cost down to size so you can give your children the quality of life you want in a way that is manageable for you.
It explains:
·         What not to waste your money on
·         Savvy shopping and where to find the best bargains
·         How to afford the life you want for your family
From saving over £1200 on pregnancy essentials to paying for university, Babynomics can show you how.

Broadcast

Madeline has appeared regularly as a pundit on various television programmes, most notably on CNBC’s Power Lunch. She is therefore comfortable in an environment that requires snappy, fact-packed sound bites.

Corporate Communications

Madeline spent four years running the internal communications for a financial services division of one of the Big Four banks. She designed, wrote, edited and produced communications from internal circulars to magazines. She is therefore adept at turning company strategy into an understandable vision for staff or customers.

She has also produced bespoke advertorial copy for another Big Four bank and crafted the words for the customer brochures of a third banking organisation.

Rates

Madeline can work flexibly and has a variety of pricing structures that reflect this. Corporate work can be undertaken on hourly, daily or job rates. Please contact Madeline for more information.
